AltpapierBot - Reminders for Paper and Cardboard Disposals in Zurich

AltpapierBot is a simple Telegram bot that sends reminders for paper and cardboard collection in Zurich. Just tell the bot your postal code and it will send you a short reminder the evening before and the morning of collection day.

How to Set It Up

Send /postalcode 8XXX to the bot (replace X with your postal code). For reminders in German, send /plz 8XXX. To stop getting messages, just send stop.

Other Commands

You can change the language anytime with /de or /en. Sometimes, there might be short info messages about the service. If you don’t want those, send /stop_spam. Just note that you might miss useful updates.

Privacy

The bot only stores what it needs: your Telegram chat ID, your postal code, your notification settings, and your language. Telegram bots cannot read any of your other messages.
